It is because of the fodder used usually as herbs.” Goji Berry——Goji Berry is a kind of traditional herbal medicine and excellent tonic with a history of more than 3000years in China. Goji berry is most popular planted in Ningxia, China. Due to its best quality, the goji berry in Ningxia is the only variety recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Ningxia is the origin of goji, a traditional Chinese herbal medicine with a plantation history of over 500 years. It is also the only region whose goji is recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Good tasting liquor is usually compared to nectar, the favored drink of the gods. A new star of wine production in the world is rising at the eastern piedmont of Helan Mountain in Ningxia. The eastern piedmont of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia is located at the “golden belt” for planting grapes due to its special climate, soil and other conditions similar to Bordeaux in France. Thus it is honored as “Bordeaux in China” with the high qualities wine here renowned both at home and abroad.
