Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la&nbsp;photosynth\u00e8se, elle se multiplie rapidement et n&#8217;a besoin que de&nbsp;dioxyde de carbone, d&#8217;eau, de&nbsp;lumi\u00e8re solaire et d&#8217;une petite quantit\u00e9 de&nbsp;min\u00e9raux&nbsp;pour se reproduire.<\/p>\n<h2>Caract\u00e9ristiques alimentaires de la chlorelle<\/h2>\n<p>La chlorelle est une algue courante du genre Chlorella, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de chlorella.<br \/>La chlorelle est un aliment faiblement alcalin aux nutriments riches et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s : prot\u00e9ines, lipides, polysaccharides, fibres alimentaires, vitamines A, B, C, D et E, oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, min\u00e9raux, acide folique, chlorophylle et pr\u00e9cieuses substances bioactives.<br \/>En outre, la chlorelle contient l&#8217;un des composants les plus importants : le facteur de croissance de la chlorelle (CGF), qui induit l&#8217;interf\u00e9ron, stimule les d\u00e9fenses de l&#8217;organisme et agit sur les macrophages ainsi que sur les lymphocytes T et B des tissus immunitaires.
